JUNE CAMP MEETING DETAILS
TABERNACLE Brother Decker has asked that we continue to sit every other row in the assembly. The balcony will be open, but only filled as a last resort. He is also requesting that ushers take an active role in filling the seats in the auditorium FIRST before seating people upstairs. The choir will continue to practice social distancing. It is important that special singers try to do the same if they are not family. Brother Decker asks that the specials continue to walk up from their seats and not wait in the back hallway to be called. Brother Decker is asking that ushers continue to dismiss by row and that people quickly exit the building and continue to follow social distancing guidelines on the grounds. BOOKSTORE | LODGING | CD ROOM Please do not exceed the posted number of people that are allowed in each of these areas at one time. CHILDREN Children’s service will be held Monday through Friday from 10:00–11:15 a.m. in the tabernacle as follows: -Ages 04-08 meet in the choir room. -Ages 09-12 meet in the young people's room. Since one room will be used for story and one for music, children will change rooms one time and end up in the OPPOSITE room at the end of each day. There will be no program on Saturday. -> GRADUATION RECOGNITION -> Saturday, June 27, at 10:00 a.m. DINING HALL Instead of functioning as a cafeteria, dining will be closer to a restaurant style experience. There will be a hostess at each entrance, and we ask that you take a seat upon entering. (Ministry and elderly will enter the side door.) Once seated, you will order from a printed ticket and your food will be served. The cashier assigned to each table will assist with each individual’s payment. A separate food line will also be available for to-go orders. Outdoor dining areas and seating in the barn will also be available. |
